We understand the importance of avoiding disruptions during peak periods and will plan the set-up in close collaboration with you to ensure the best timing for your publishing house.

The first step is to collaborate on an initial needs assessment, ensuring it aligns with your demo booking and the solution that interests you the most.
We will tailor your demo to address all your questions and present a solution based on the specific needs of your publishing house.
Let’s agree that a software solution to manage rights, royalties, and critical business activities is much more than just a technology investment. It’s about human relationships, clear expectations, and trust – not only during the initial phase and implementation process but also in the subsequent operation, support, and ongoing updates of the solution. That is why we dedicate significant resources to organising pre-workshops.
At these pre-workshops, we will work together to create an overview of the following:
- Identifying gaps in the current set-up (gap analysis).
- Scoping business processes for optimisation.
- Identifying needs for system integrations (both internal and external).
- The number of relevant Schilling applications.
The outcome of the pre-workshops will be a business case (including a cost-benefit analysis) that will form the basis for our presentation of the solution and contract (step 3).

Once we’re aligned on the contract, we will hold a range of implementation workshops (based on the inputs from the pre-workshop) to fine-tune the final scope.
